The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.

SASSA will be rendering companies which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it really is alarmed with regards to the substantial variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the large range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no entirely functional office focused on service the area each day. The service issue designed for intervention encounters a high inflow of possible beneficiaries, that makes it hard for the Workplace to attend to all people who go to a more info service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra assets to allow the servicing of all shoppers and enhance usage of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
